So for the assets themselves. I sourced CC0 PBR models from places like CGTrader and Polyhaven. It's the same approach as if going for a photoreal look. I then baked the lighting using the Bakery GPU lightmapper, though the Unity lightmapper works fine too. As for the VHS effects, I used Retro Look Pro from the asset store. It's not cheap but a great way to achieve a range of styles easily. My inspiration was the Fears to Fathom game series.
A nice and short horror game about being home alone. The gameplay and style was really well made. I didn't think I'd get the bad ending though but it is what it is.

I'd like to fix up some of the glaring issues with this game that have been bothering me since release. As of now though I am working on some new retro horror projects and experimenting with different styles. Would love to get a proper, commercial horror release at some point in the next couple years or so. Although, I'll do my best to make all of my small projects WebGL compatible.
um i installed the game so that i could play ut whe i lunchd i it just came up as a file that when opened just showed random code files like mono bleeding edge and unitycrashhandle im on mac is there anyway to fix that
I might just be stupid, but it won't let me eat the pizza. Is there a place I have to put it. From what I played the game is fun and atmospheric. I did also find a glitch where you could hold the phone and the pizza, and the water and pizza at the same time. Not sure if that was intentional. Fun game though.
Don't worry, lot's of people had issues understanding where certain pickups go. I want to make it more obvious in a new update. The pizza goes onto the cutting board next to the oven, then it can be eaten. Thx for playing.
The game was a solid 10/10.Cuz there is Nokia 3310.This game is super solid.Anyway,the game's low poly graphics was pretty good.Didnt suffer from any bug but the sweep point was way too long.The door mechanics was good.Overall there is nothing to compare as it was made within a week.Hope i will get more these type of horror games in future.
I played it and I have to say the atmosphere was GREAT. Overall was excellent and just kind of lacked a big finish. overall I loved it! (its the first game)
There's some good things in this game! I love the inspiration from Fears to Fathom and you can really feel that when playing. I think a little bit of ambient sounds would help with this game rather than complete silence 90% of the time. But other than that, I really enjoyed what was here!
